Beating of chemical pulp at laboratory scale under specified conditions.
⚫ Material: Roll, housing, and machine body are made of stainless steel ⚫ Capable of refining pulp from 5 to 40g at a concentration of 5 to 50% (maximum 450ml in suspension) ⚫ Easy to operate and has a low pulp quantity (30g), making it highly versatile ⚫ Very high reproducibility, effective for quality control and research ⚫ Equipped with security features for machine and operator protection (CE mark) ⚫ Roll: Automatically raises and lowers ⚫ Adjusts pressure based on load weight ⚫ Roll rotation speed: Pre-set ⚫ The roll head moves to the operational position at the start due to air pressure and returns to the resting position after refining is complete. All actions are automatic until the motor is turned off, so the operator does not need to monitor constantly ⚫ During the refining process, calculates time, power absorption in watts (continuous measurement), and energy consumption in kilowatts per hour ⚫ Distance screw to adjust the gap between the roll and housing during the grinding process ⚫ Complete drainage system for sample collection after testing ⚫ All controls are consolidated on a comprehensive control panel
