basic information
The IOW group's patented centrifugal oil separator is equipped with a sludge monitoring system (separator control unit) as standard and features a unique bowl disk technology that was previously installed in conventional large centrifugal separators. The remote monitoring system is designed to monitor the performance of the centrifugal oil separator. During normal operation, it continuously displays the current operating speed of the centrifugal oil separator and monitors the operating time. Conventional centrifugal separators are cleaned at set intervals, and the internal condition is unknown. Without a monitoring system... 1) Is the centrifugal separator operating optimally within the set period until the next scheduled cleaning? 2) Is the unit full and unable to filter oil? 3) Is it spinning at the high speed necessary for efficient filtration? The installation of a monitoring system is essential for proper maintenance and reduction of labor costs! Cutting-edge monitoring system technology answers these questions and contributes to real-time situation monitoring at your fingertips.
