High-efficiency IOW centrifugal oil separator for extending filter and oil life.
IOW centrifugal oil separator MP090, MP200, MP400, MP600
Achieving environmental friendliness and extending machine life through extended intervals for filter and oil changes, along with numerous benefits - IOW Centrifugal Oil Separator.
The manufacturing of oil filter products involves a battle of performance to achieve the necessary flow rate and pressure loss. The passage of contaminated submicron particles through the filter media is unavoidable, leading to accumulation in the oil and gradually damaging the machinery. As the concentration of contaminated micro-particles in the oil increases, it results in a vicious cycle of reduced oil life and decreased machine lifespan. With the introduction of the IOW centrifugal oil separator, the amount of contaminating particles in the lubricating oil is significantly reduced. This is because approximately 10% of the contaminated oil is bypassed and purified before being returned to the oil tank. With reliable product quality from a company certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001: - Upgrading existing centrifugal separation technology to improve the cleanliness of lubricating oil. By changing to the IOW centrifugal oil separator, we provide a more environmentally friendly and sustainable solution. - Can be retrofitted to existing installations without the need for modifications. - Achieves industry-leading centrifugal force speeds. - Quick and easy installation. - Easy maintenance. - Real-time contamination level monitoring with a remote access monitoring system. - Better results with less resource usage.
