Compatible with low-loss materials, over 60 layers, and build-up. 【Performance Board】 Maximum board thickness of 6.35mm, BGA 0.35mm (pad-on-via recess controlled to less than 10um), etc. Compatible with low-loss materials, over 50 layers, and back drilling. 【Burn-In Board】 Compatible with FR-4 high Tg materials, as well as polyimide and ceramic filler materials. Also compatible with step terminal plating, etc.
