The "Onpack-AF3030-4S" is a double-lane aseptic filling packaging machine with four-sided sealing. Thanks to Orihiro's unique aseptic filling system, products filled in a sterile environment have minimal thermal history, allowing for high-quality food provision that minimizes flavor deterioration and the denaturation of proteins and vitamins. It is also suitable for distribution, storage, and sales at room temperature. With a unique sealing method, it enables high-speed filling of products with firmness without headspace. The packaging materials used are laminated film and co-extruded film. Additionally, the filling volume ranges from 50 to 100 mL, and the packaging capacity is up to 120 bags per minute.
