MabSelect VH3 affinity resin uses a protein A ligand designed to interact exclusively with the variable heavy chain of the human antibody VH3 sequence family. This allows for the efficient separation of fragments such as bispecific antibodies (bsAb), fragment antigen-binding regions (Fab), single-chain variable fragments (scFv), and variable heavy chain domains (VHH). • Interacts only with the variable heavy chain of VH3, not with the Fc region • High binding capacity for antibody fragments with VH3 • Removal of antibody-derived impurities from asymmetric bsAb with VH3 • Stable even after washing with 0.5 M NaOH
