This is a "small air press machine" that accommodates the installation of fixtures for functional testing of small-sized substrates, operated by a movable air cylinder. Press operations are performed using both hands with a control box, but PC control can also be added upon request. ● Press load: Pressing is possible at approximately 15 kg with an air pressure of 0.3 MPa (equivalent to 75 probes with a spring pressure of 200 g) ● Supports maximum substrate size of 195 mm x 130 mm ● Outline dimensions: W250 x D400 x H360 (W300 when equipped with area sensor) ● By exchanging fixtures, it is possible to connect various inspection substrates (fixtures compatible with the inspected substrate can also be manufactured by our company) ● Pressing is operated by buttons using both hands ● With the optional area sensor, if an obstacle is detected, the press (upper pin board) rises ● Optional support for a pass stamp is also available ● Optional addition of press operation controlled by PC is possible
