The industrial pure water RO series is a system that produces purified water and pure water from tap water level raw water, consisting of pre-treatment + RO membrane + UF membrane. It is a unit-type pure water production device that packages the necessary equipment, reducing the hassle of equipment selection. 【Features】 ■ Six models to choose from based on water production volume We offer a lineup of six products in six stages according to the permeate water volume: 250/500/1200/1700/2000/2600 (L/h at 25°C). ■ All necessary equipment in one package The equipment required for pure water production is packaged within the unit! 【Specifications】 ■ Please refer to the HP or catalog for the specifications of each device. ■ Treated Water Quality Complies with the 18th Revised Japanese Pharmacopoeia "Purified Water." ■ Raw Water Conditions Total hardness below 60 ppm, silica content below 25 ppm, total chlorine below 0.5 ppm, raw water pressure between 0.15 and 0.3 MPa. 【Introduction of Options】 ■ Add UF membrane for pretreatment By adding a UF membrane module before the soft water system, the expected lifespan of the RO membrane module is extended. ■ Reuse concentrated wastewater with UF membrane Purify RO membrane concentrated water with the UF membrane module and return it to the raw water tank. ■ Food Company A (New Installation) We purchased the system with all options included, and even so, it turned out to be cheaper than other companies. Since pure water equipment is essential, I felt there was a limit to cost-cutting, but by opting for RO 1200, I was able to allocate the saved budget to other equipment. ■ Chemical Company B (Existing Installation) Due to the aging of the existing pure water system, we were gathering estimates from various companies for consideration.
