This is an introduction to the case of a frame for installing canning processing equipment and a cart for the frame, produced by Mitsuya Co., Ltd.
The mounting frame for the device is made of high carbon steel S50C with a thickness of 32t, as strength is required. Since Mitsuya Co., Ltd. has a laser cutting machine with a cutting capacity of only up to 25t, the necessary shapes are specified and purchased from a steel supplier for welding assembly. To ensure strength, the edges to be welded on the 32t thick plates are beveled significantly, and full welding is performed to achieve sufficient strength. After welding, the components are sent to a partner company for surface machining and keyway machining, followed by annealing and shot blasting treatment. Finally, painting is requested from a painting contractor.

The cart used for the frame requires strength to support the equipment mounting frame, so the connection surfaces of the square pipes are processed with a 45-degree cut and fully welded, resulting in a fabricated product. The top plate is made of 12mm material, but necessary holes and taps are pre-processed using laser cutting, and tapping is done manually. Although not visible in the photo, four blocks of 50mm are machined into the required shapes and welded to the underside of the cart to attach the casters and adjusters. After fabrication, we request the painting contractor to paint it together with the equipment mounting frame. The photo shows the state after painting is completed, but after this, we assemble four casters and four adjusters purchased from Mitsuya Co., Ltd. to the underside of the cart, and package it in a state where the equipment mounting frame and the cart are assembled for shipment. By delivering it in an assembled state, the customer can immediately start work such as installing the equipment after delivery.
