The protection level is approximately IP54, and the main body is made of flame-retardant ABS (main component UL94V-0). ◇Control and Compatibility: Compact design with MPU control, compatible with various manufacturers' starting types such as cell-type and push-type. Main Uses and Operation Flow ◆ Danger Detection: Continuously monitors the lifting state of the cargo bed and the vehicle's travel distance from existing signals. ◆ Warning and Control: Activates when the vehicle starts moving with the cargo bed raised and reaches a pre-set distance (adjustable in 1-meter increments, such as 5m or 10m). ◆ Accident Prevention: Forces the engine to stop while simultaneously alerting the driver with a loud alarm and flashing LED warning light, preventing collisions with overpasses or power lines. Implementation Sites This system is implemented in dump trucks primarily used in civil engineering and transportation operations. It is equipped with an emergency shut-off connector that allows the device to be disabled in case of trouble, and it is incorporated into the site safety measures manual for operation.
