Tool Grinding Machine FX5 Linear

At JIMTOF 2024, held over six days from November 5 to November 10, we made our first exhibition of the FX7 ULTRA, a CNC grinding machine for small-diameter and micro-processing. The FX7 ULTRA is a new model of CNC tool grinding machine designed for small and micro tools down to 0.03 mm. With smooth parameters, it allows for more reliable control of speed and acceleration while limiting machine jerk, enhancing the rigidity of the C-axis with nanometer and micrometer level resolution on linear and rotational axes. On the day of the exhibition, many customers visited us, and they were able to experience the precision of the machine by handling the tools that were actually processed.
