Swivel, a double-acting O-ring combination swivel seal designed to seal the inner diameter for rotating or oscillating applications!
The Hallite SSP rotary seal features one or two grooves on the inner circumference of the seal, enhancing sealing performance through an increased sealing lip, while retaining lubricating oil to reduce the surface contact area and minimize sliding friction. The special design of the fan-shaped inner diameter maximizes the contact area of the O-ring against the inner circumference of the sealing surface, preventing the seal from rotating within the groove. The standard SSP product has a pressure notch on the seal side, greatly improving the seal's responsiveness to pressure changes. The SSP rotary seal, made from Hallite's unique Armorlene H82 or HCF PTFE materials, offers low friction characteristics, resulting in high energy efficiency and eliminating the possibility of sticking during startup. **Features** - High temperature resistance, low friction, and wear resistance - Excellent anti-extrusion characteristics - Compact design suitable for narrow spaces Hallite is a group company of Michelin.
