By selecting a thick meat socket, you can prevent troubles and achieve stable product quality!
We would like to introduce our examples of stainless steel tank and filter housing manufacturing. When welding PS sockets to stainless steel pressure vessels and tanks, it is important to choose thick-walled sockets rather than thin-walled ones. Thick-walled PS sockets can suppress deformation due to thermal effects and operate stably without issues even during pressure testing. [Key Points of the Case] - Thin-walled PS sockets are prone to warping due to heat during welding, which can deform the threaded part and lead to leaks after screwing in. - By selecting thick-walled sockets, such troubles can be prevented, ensuring stable product quality. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
