[Production Example] Mobile Sanitary Tank for Beverage Factory <Pressure Vessel Specification>
A design that can be moved manually! Introducing a case made with a three-layer jacket style.
We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a mobile sanitary tank (pressure vessel specification) for a beverage factory. Equipped with a flat bar jacket, it has casters on the bottom for easy movement between lines within the factory, allowing for manual transportation. The upper part of the inner tank is designed with a curl bending process, which is done manually. Since the tank requires a pressure resistance of approximately 0.3MPa, we pay careful attention to the melting during jacket welding while manufacturing. 【Case Overview (Partial)】 ■Industry: Beverage Industry ■Container Diameter: 150L ■Pressure Resistance: 0.3MPa ■Material: SUS304 ■Regulatory Standard: Type 1 Pressure Vessel *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
