Measurement of properties such as elasticity, viscosity, and hardness of the specimen surface.
- Quality control of products and materials - No samples needed, measurement and analysis on the spot - On the production line of factories - Sensor heads for silicone gel are also available, accommodating a wide range of material properties The viscoelasticity measuring device, the Besmeter, was developed to measure the characteristics of the surface layer of the specimen, such as elasticity, viscosity, and hardness, with the aim of appropriately evaluating the properties of materials. Unlike conventional measuring devices, the measurement of viscoelasticity by the Besmeter is a patented technology that realizes the measurement of viscosity and elasticity as defined in physics. ● Validation of silicone gel data From evaluation results by major chemical manufacturers Based on the viscoelastic evaluation results of silicone gel using our E-200DT and UBM's Rheogel E4000, 1. A good correlation is observed between needle penetration and hardness. 2. The correlation of elasticity, viscosity, and relaxation time changes with different types of polymers. Thus, by creating an appropriate calibration line, relative evaluation is possible. ● Custom modifications are available For example, 1. Setting measurement range according to the "hardness" of the specimen 2. Selecting sensor head materials according to application (metal, PPS resin, etc.) 3. Custom design of probe shapes

basic information
●Features The best meter directly and accurately measures the behavior of the indented non-test specimen after applying a slight deformation with a constant force and then removing that force. By performing waveform analysis based on the Voigt model, it calculates the elastic and viscous values. ●Custom modifications are possible For example, 1. Setting the measurement area according to the "hardness" of the test specimen 2. Selecting the sensor head material based on the application (metal, PPS resin, etc.) 3. Custom design of probe shape

Applications/Examples of results
★ In just a few seconds, six data points—elasticity, viscosity, viscoelasticity, relaxation time, hardness, and penetration depth—are measured simultaneously. ★ There is no need to create samples of specific shapes, allowing measurements to be taken in the product's original shape, which improves production management efficiency. ★ There is a high correlation with measurement data from conventional measuring instruments (rheometers). ★ The behavior graph and velocity graph of the specimen are displayed on the screen, allowing for an immediate understanding of the specimen's characteristics. ★ Continuous measurements can also capture the temporal changes in the physical properties of the specimen. ★ As it uses a non-compressive measurement method, it can accurately measure soft materials (such as tofu).
