A case study of the production of a sanitary tank to supplement cleaning solutions for cleaning within the plant!
We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "CIP stainless steel tank (cleaning solution tank)" for a food factory. This is a double-walled tank for beverage manufacturers, designed to improve thermal insulation by encapsulating insulation material within a two-layer structure. Additionally, since the outer stainless steel decorative plate is 1.5 mm thick, the tank is prone to dents and distortions. Therefore, we employ welding techniques that prevent deformation during transportation and installation. 【Case Overview】 ■ Industry: Beverage ■ Container Diameter: Inner diameter φ1200, Outer diameter φ1350, 1000L ■ Pressure Resistance: Atmospheric pressure ■ Material: SUS304 *For detailed information about the case, please refer to the related links.
