[Weighing Dewatering Machine] We have newly added a weighing function that was not available in conventional dewatering machines. [Net-Type Water Separation Machine] By shower washing and suction dewatering of the raw materials, moisture is removed without leaving any dirt or bran. [Koshiki] A ginjo koshiki that achieves high-quality steaming. You can see the mechanism that prevents uneven steaming. [Powder Feeder] Seeds are introduced into the piping during air transport using compressed air. Thanks to its hygienic design and high precision, stable seeding is possible. [Rotary Feeder (Rock Valve)] By directly connecting the motor to the drive shaft, we have reduced the number of parts and improved maintainability. The structure minimizes blow-off, resulting in almost no scattering of transported materials. [Small Ventilated Solid Cultivation Device] You can test small-scale solid cultivation using the same principles as the actual machine. Solid cultivation adds new value to the raw materials.
