The timing belt uses fiberglass as a tensile member! It is suitable for transmission and light load conveying.
Our company handles "timing pulleys" that have increased demands for positioning accuracy due to the high precision and high speed of the equipment. The simple structure allows for the prevention of power transmission loss due to belt slippage, even under high load and high rotation, by interlocking the grooves of the belt and the pulley. In addition to being suitable for high-torque electric applications, it can maintain the rotational phase between two axes accurately due to its excellent wear resistance. 【Features】 ■ Available in 26 types of tooth profiles ■ Main materials are aluminum alloy and S45C (customization available with other materials) ■ Various finishes can be provided according to the customer's usage environment ■ 26 types of tooth profiles and timing pulleys are kept in stock, and if you select the pulley shape, shaft hole specifications, and additional processing details, we can ship within 5 business days ■ Custom processing options are available *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
