We would like to introduce our construction achievements of 2×4 houses at the Shigawood headquarters. The structure, characterized by the high airtightness and high insulation of the 2x4 construction method, is thoroughly implemented. We simulate the heating and cooling consumption based on weather data and mechanical heat quantities, setting the size of windows and insulation performance. Additionally, a spacious atrium structure from the ground floor to the second floor allows for the entire building to be heated and cooled with five household air conditioning units.
