The PX-08001-A is a non-contact precision freeform mirror shape measurement device that uses CGH (Computer Generated Hologram). By combining two principles, the CGH interferometer and the Hartmann method, it achieves measurements over a wide dynamic range (0.01μm to 100μm) that were impossible with conventional interferometers or Shack-Hartmann sensors. For example, it demonstrates significant power when gradually refining surface accuracy during the manufacturing process of large optical elements. 【Specifications】 ■ Method: 1.
