[Construction Information] Surface roughening method for removing floor contaminants and substrate preparation.
Shot blast
In four steps of hitting, cutting, sucking, and separating, the surface is stripped and polished! Completely separated with a separator.
We would like to introduce our surface preparation method, "Shot Blasting." This technique uses the power of a motor to rotate a blade, known as a rotor, at high speeds. Steel shots or steel grits are fed into this rotor, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation projects the materials. Our compact design achieves high work efficiency and operational ease, taking into consideration the working environment. Please feel free to contact us when you need our services. 【Features】 ■ Surface stripping and cleaning in four steps: striking, grinding, suctioning, and separating ■ Complete recovery of stripped materials by a powerful suction dust collector ■ Collected materials can be completely separated using a separator *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
