Would you like to solve your transportation issues with our sealed transport "Link Conveyor"?
The "Link Conveyor" is a conveying device suitable for transporting chips generated from machine tools, such as cast iron chips, milling chips, and drill chips. By using sealed transportation, it prevents the scattering of chips and dust, as well as spills and odor leaks during transport, thereby improving the environment within the factory. We provide a consistent response from design to manufacturing and installation, allowing for flexible arrangements that fit the layout of your factory. It allows for a three-dimensional layout and is easy to retrofit to existing equipment, enabling installation that avoids aisles and obstacles. 【Features】 ■ Transports chips such as cast iron chips, milling chips, and drill chips ■ Automatically conveys to designated locations without dirtying hands ■ High installation flexibility; can be installed in narrow spaces ■ Contributes to factory cleanliness and labor-saving in transportation tasks ■ Utilizing sealed transportation, it can also be applied to the transport of materials other than chips (crushed waste, food residues, scale, etc.) ★ Free sample testing is available at our Nagasaki headquarters. We will conduct tests based on the samples you send and provide a results report. (A small amount of samples is acceptable; for chips, about 1-2 20L pails.
