【Product Features】 ◎ 'Robot Laser Cutting Cell' ■ A system that includes a "tracing function" that automatically detects height for 3D shaped workpieces. ■ Adjusts the focal position for workpieces of varying thickness, enabling cutting in a single pass. ■ Equipped with a programmable focal position adjustment head, capable of cutting materials of various thicknesses. ■ Senses the necessary chip stand-off (the distance to the appropriate workpiece) from the workpiece and automatically holds it through an internal drive system. ■ Performs cutting without molds, achieving trimming, deburring, gate cutting, and drilling. ■ Contributes to cost reduction through mold-free small-batch production and shortened development periods and delivery times. ■ Capable of precise drilling (optional) and can cut 38mm thick mild steel (6kW fiber laser). ◎ 'Robot Laser Resin Processing Cell' ■ A compact robot laser system equipped with a CO2 laser oscillator. ■ Utilizes robots to achieve flexible resin processing. ■ Contributes to cost reduction through mold-free small-batch production and shortened development periods and delivery times. ■ Suitable for small-batch production of development prototypes and supplies. 【Processing Targets】 Metal Cutting: High-tensile materials, die-cast, castings, etc. Resin Cutting: Plastics, paper, textiles, wood, glass, etc.
