Manufacturing heater units shaped to match the workpiece! Conducting tests to determine conditions such as the distance between the workpiece and the heater.
Here is an introduction to our case study on "removing wrinkles from chair seat covers." By heating the surface of the chair (resin sheet), we stretch out the wrinkles and enhance its tautness. Previously, production was done using mold heating and hot air heating, but by introducing our far-infrared heaters, we were able to significantly reduce production time. 【Effects】 ■ Mold heating ⇒ Far-infrared heating: 40% increase in production efficiency ■ Hot air heating ⇒ Far-infrared heating: 45% increase in production efficiency *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
