With PID control and 4-zone temperature regulation, it is possible to create the desired temperature profile!
We would like to introduce a case study of "Heating of Metal Jigs." Heating of jigs that hold automotive electronic components. The surface temperature of the jig is maintained at 120°C using far-infrared heating, and solid wax is applied before placing the workpiece for the next process. During mass production, it will be expanded to a conveyor furnace. The workpiece is a metal jig (special steel). 【Recommended Machine】 ■ Product Name: Standard Tabletop Heating Furnace ■ Model: STH-14Q ■ Heat Source Used: Quick Ultra Thermo QUT60 + Lower Far-Infrared Rod Heater ■ Features - Adoption of quick-response far-infrared heater allows for reduced preheating time - PID control and 4-zone temperature adjustment enable the creation of desired temperature profiles *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
