SMT Engineering We have two state-of-the-art lines to meet diverse needs, capable of mounting ultra-small chips, large BGAs, and CSPs that comply with lead-free and RoHS regulations. Additionally, we possess axial and radial mounting machines, which are essential for the assembly of power equipment and measuring instruments.
Soldering equipment Skilled workers assemble large, irregularly shaped components that are difficult to mount by machine with high technical skill, and perform soldering according to the implementation using partial soldering equipment and automatic soldering equipment.
Printed circuit board inspection and testing We ensure the quality of the SMT process with the latest solder printing inspection machines and solder appearance inspection machines. We conduct inspections from various angles regarding product characteristics, including in-circuit testing, inspections with dedicated test equipment, and aging tests.
