If you're having trouble draining water after ultrasonic cleaning, use air blow for complete drainage.
Air screw nozzle
Are you making this mistake when draining water from your work?
To those in charge who are struggling with water removal from workpieces: Are you making these mistakes when trying to remove water from workpieces? Do you know the real reason why water droplets don't get blown away even when you increase the strength of the air blow? Do you know the real reason why changing the shape of the air nozzle doesn't help in removing water? Do you know the real reason why increasing the number of air nozzles still doesn't adequately remove water? These are typical mistakes made by companies that use air blow to remove water from workpieces, resulting in "not enough water being removed even with air blow." However, these mistakes are minor compared to the critical mistake I am about to share with you. What is that critical mistake? It is... Focusing on the strength of the air blow and not paying attention to the "quality" of the air. [Continued below] ↓↓↓

basic information
With the intermittent air blown from standard air nozzles or air knives, large water droplets can be removed, but due to the influence of "surface tension," droplets smaller than 1mm cannot be blown away, only moved. Therefore, no matter how strong the air blow is, surface tension continues to act, making it impossible to blow away droplets smaller than 1mm, and thus the workpiece cannot be completely dried. To completely blow away these small droplets of less than 1mm, it is necessary and important to change the "quality" of the air. Our "Air Screw Nozzle" processes the air into cut air within the nozzle. The "popping" cut air is expelled. This cut air generates several times the force of the normally blown intermittent air (patented). Additionally, in standard air blowing, the water droplets are blown upwards, causing the expelled water to fall back and reattach to the workpiece, which also prevents the workpiece from drying. The "Air Screw Nozzle" rotates itself and expels rotational waves. By scattering the water droplets to the left and right, it ensures that the water does not reattach to the workpiece, allowing for complete water removal.

Applications/Examples of results
【Application】 Draining water after washing trays, bases, and other workpieces. With conventional nozzles, complete drying is not only difficult, but especially for workpieces with protrusions, grooves, depressions, and uneven surfaces, water tends to remain in those areas, making sufficient drying challenging. Our patented air nozzle has a "zagging" force that is on a completely different level compared to conventional nozzles. The cutting air generated by rotational waves penetrates into grooves, depressions, and recesses, effectively scraping out water and achieving 100% complete drying. *We also offer cleaning and drying machines equipped with this air nozzle, in addition to the air nozzle alone. We can customize them individually, so please feel free to contact us first. 【Track Record】 Fujitsu, Fujifilm Holdings, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Sumitomo Electric Industries, Furukawa Electric, Nidec (formerly Nidec Corporation), Asahi Kasei, Minebea Mitsumi, JFE Steel, Nitto Denko, Mahle Filter Systems, Morinaga Milk Industry, Myojo Foods, Hochiki, Furukawa Battery, and others. In addition, we have numerous delivery records to major companies in various industries, both domestically and internationally, ranging from cleaning machines to individual nozzles.

Company information
■■■ 100% Water Removal and Complete Drying, the Only Air Nozzle ■■■ "Air Screw Nozzle" (Patent Obtained: Patent No. 6749741) An essential cleaning process in product manufacturing. Until now, there has been no air nozzle capable of completely blowing away water droplets that adhere to the workpiece after cleaning. In fact, the industry has come to accept the notion that "complete water removal with an air nozzle is impossible." However, our "Air Screw Nozzle" overturns that common belief. With our uniquely developed cutting air using rotational waves, it achieves 100% water removal from the workpiece after cleaning. This realizes "complete drying" and eliminates the need for drying processes using warm air or warm rooms after cleaning. Moreover, its power extends beyond just water removal. Stubborn dirt that has adhered, dust, and grime that has settled into scratches can gradually be removed with air blowing alone, without the need for water. (In some cases, degreasing or chemical cleaning may be necessary.) Additionally, it stands out from other nozzles in its ability to remove dust and chips. (Compatible with clean rooms) ★ You can watch a video of the actual water removal and air blowing process. Download the catalog now and see for yourself.
