We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the BI dashboard "MotionBoard" at Honda R&D Co., Ltd. Suzuka Plant. The company began visualizing data with this product in 2019, coinciding with the launch of a new production line. By being able to take immediate action based on changes in quality data, they aimed to accelerate the PDCA cycle. The product has been utilized in various scenarios, including production performance planning, workflow charts, work flow status, traceability, and visualizing change points on a timeline, leading to significant results such as the reduction of 800 reports, 800 hours/month in labor, and the achievement of various target figures.
