Adopting a conveyor system to enable the transportation of heavy items! We propose an optimal transportation system from concept to construction.
We would like to introduce a case study of automation solutions in conveying systems. To address the challenge of wanting to transport a large number of lightweight workpieces, we adopted a conveyor system, enabling the transportation of even heavy items. Additionally, to change the destination for each workpiece, we affixed destination QR codes to the workboxes for sorting, thereby improving transportation efficiency. Our company proposes highly productive conveying systems that are cost-effective, from conception to construction. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Wanting to transport a large number of lightweight workpieces - Wanting to change the destination for each workpiece ■Results - Achieved transportation of heavy items by adopting a conveyor system - Improved transportation efficiency by affixing destination QR codes to workboxes for sorting *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company designs and manufactures presses (molding machines) for shaping materials such as rubber, plastics, tiles, and resins used in the automotive and electrical equipment industries. To ensure smoother and more efficient product molding during discussions with our customers, we conduct in-house design using CAD, electrical design, and part processing with NC machine tools, achieving over 80% of the components designed and manufactured in-house. Our motto is "more affordable and more reliable machines," and we strive daily to meet this goal. Additionally, we provide immediate support for equipment modifications, overhauls, piping work, relocation, and repairs, regardless of the machine manufacturer. We also sell used machines and cost-effective presses made in Taiwan. Recently, we have been designing and manufacturing equipment beyond presses tailored to our customers' needs, aiming to become a more agile company.
