We received a report from an existing customer that an unusual odor was emanating from the vicinity of the bag-making machine, and the set manufacturer consulted with the distributor. Upon receiving the inquiry, we quickly arranged a meeting with the manufacturer to discuss countermeasures. We installed vinyl curtains on all four sides and implemented a solution by hanging sheets in an L-shape to cover the gaps at the corners. As feedback from the customer, while it did not completely eliminate the odor issue, they reported that it was significantly more effective compared to the open state.
