Response to rubber + metal fitting bonding! We will also answer whether burr processing of the bonded items is possible.
We would like to introduce a case study of "small lot bonded products." The application is for rubber rollers, using aluminum for the metal parts and natural rubber for the rubber. The size is φ50. Bonding rubber to metal is becoming more labor-intensive, and there are fewer manufacturers that can accommodate this, but our company has the technology to select the appropriate adhesive and perform pre-treatment based on our extensive experience, ensuring that the adhesive does not peel off. 【Case Overview】 ■ Product: Small lot bonded products ■ Application: Rubber roller ■ Material: Metal: Aluminum, Rubber: Natural rubber ■ Size: Φ50 *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
