The "Satake Super Share Mixer" features a conical mixing head composed of a rotor and stator, with numerous 1/4 spherical cavities on both the rotor and stator as its main characteristics. When the rotor is rotated at high speed, the liquid is drawn in from the small diameter side of the mixing head and passes through the narrow gap between the rotor and stator while undergoing shear. Additionally, intense vortices are generated inside the cavities formed on both sides of the gap, with each vortex rotating in opposite directions on either side of the rotor and stator.
