We would like to introduce a case study on the problem-solving of "reducing components in connector housings" that we handled. The customer company faced the issue of high costs due to manual insertion of connectors onto the circuit board and wanted to achieve total cost reduction by reducing both labor hours and component costs. Using our insertion machine, we directly automated the insertion of individual terminals onto the circuit board, thereby reducing labor hours.
