Small, high-output frameless brushless motor
Our unique automatic winding machine has successfully achieved automatic winding of thick wire with a diameter of Φ1.8. Additionally, by adopting large-diameter radial anisotropic ring magnets and split cores, we have succeeded in developing a compact, lightweight, and high-output brushless motor. *Compared to motors of the same output (600W), we have reduced the mass by 50%. The multi-pole, multi-slot structure enables low cogging and low vibration operation. We contribute to miniaturization and cost reduction in various applications such as agriculture, small mobility, and AGVs.
