The RS series, equipped with the flexibility and efficiency to meet diverse needs, has evolved further with the introduction of the high-speed smart modular mounter RS-2 to JUKI's lineup. ■ 1-head mounter with a top-class speed of 50,000 CPH By bringing the laser sensor closer to the circuit board and shortening the movement time from suction to mounting, it achieves an optimal takt of 50,000 CPH (under optimal conditions). ■ Equipped with the "Takumi Head," which adjusts the height of the recognition sensor The Takumi Head automatically adjusts the height of the laser sensor that recognizes component shapes according to the height of the components being mounted, allowing for optimal and maximum takt for various component sizes and shapes. ■ Wide compatibility with components It can accommodate component sizes from 03015 to 74mm square, or up to 50mm x 150mm. It also supports a wide range of component heights, with a maximum of 25mm for mounting.
