There is no generation of incineration ash (burned residue) or the need for landfill disposal, so the final disposal is completed through intermediate treatment!
Melting treatment is a processing method that involves simultaneously charging various waste materials into an electric furnace along with scrap, utilizing the heat of molten steel. Electric arc furnaces for steelmaking are facilities that melt large amounts of iron scrap in a short time using ultra-high temperature arc heat generated by high-voltage electric current. The arc heat of the electric furnace is said to reach a central temperature of about 4,000°C, typically melting over 100 tons of iron scrap into molten steel at 1,600°C in approximately one hour, and separating impurities (slag) using the difference in specific gravity during steel tapping. 【Processing Steps】 ■ Charging with a magnet → Moving the charging bucket → Charging ■ Arc discharge → Steel tapping ■ Continuous casting → Rolling → Cooling bed *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
