Effective use in applications where recovery is difficult! Labor-saving removal work is possible due to environmentally friendly materials.
We would like to introduce a case study on the use of 'P-Life' in the seedling protection shelter of the Forestry Division of Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd.'s Resource and Environmental Business Headquarters. The company's wildlife damage prevention tube (wood pole shelter) protects planted seedlings from damage caused by deer, rabbits, and other animals. Made from biodegradable tubes and domestically sourced wooden posts, these environmentally friendly materials allow for labor-saving removal operations. While the seedlings are growing, the shelter functions as a protective cover, and afterwards, the shelter (PP) will biodegrade through microbial action thanks to this product. [Case Overview] ■ Material: Polypropylene + P-Life ■ Functions as a shelter until the seedlings grow ■ After growth, the shelter (PP) will biodegrade through P-Life *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
It has been 11 years since I moved from Kanagawa Prefecture. I remember being surprised by the heat of summer in Saitama. Nevertheless, the heat in recent years has been extraordinary. Also, I enjoy climbing mountains as a hobby, but I can feel the changes in the environment. The number of lyrebirds has decreased, flowers that usually bloom in certain places have not bloomed, and seeing "Bear Sightings" signs in places like this is surprising... Due to my work, I inevitably pay attention to changes in nature. However, it seems that measures against global warming are not progressing very much in reality. Many people likely feel that global-scale action is necessary. It may be time for each individual to take action. I myself have been involved with plastics for 40 years, and I want to use that experience to work on "creating a better environment."
