【Principle】 This is a batch-type centrifugal separator that can operate each process (one cycle) automatically by setting the basket rotation speed, supply amount, cleaning time, etc., according to the slurry properties in the processes of slurry supply, cake washing, dewatering (swing cut), and crystal discharge. It achieves solid-liquid separation by rapidly rotating a vertical basket equipped with a screen and having dewatering holes. The bearing unit can swing via vibration-damping rubber, allowing the drive motor to be placed at the top of the separator, enabling large-capacity processing. 【Features】 Capable of accommodating large-capacity baskets It can accommodate large-capacity baskets and generates centrifugal forces of over 1000G. Short cycle time It can be equipped with a large-capacity motor, reducing the cycle time. Prevention of leakage of supply liquid and wash water The basket valve that seals the cake discharge section prevents leakage of supply liquid and wash water to the cake side. Prevention of crystal breakage Crystal breakage is prevented by scraping the crystals with a scraper at low rotation speeds. Energy saving During one cycle, when decelerating from the dewatering (swing cut) rotation speed to the scraping rotation speed, the power generated by the separator is regenerated back to the power supply side. Additionally, it is equipped with a high-efficiency (permanent magnet) motor, achieving energy savings.
