The Lifecask RW single-use bioreactor bag is specially designed for rocking mode bioreactors. The bag is sterilized through in-house gamma irradiation to ensure good mechanical performance and biocompatibility, and it is packaged in a double Lifecask KAPE bag to avoid cross-contamination. It is manufactured using bioreactor film. The Lifecask RW single-use bioreactor bag can be widely applied in processes that incorporate multiple upstream blends of biopharmaceuticals such as antibodies, vaccines, and CGT. In addition to the basic bag configuration, RW Perfusion is launched, featuring RW PRO with built-in optical sensors for pH and DO to meet multiple culture modes such as seed train deployment, feed batch, and perfusion processes. Furthermore, fabric carriers and microcarriers can be applied to the bag for adherent cell culture.
