Induction heating (IH) is a non-contact heating method that uses no flames to heat conductive materials such as metals and carbon. By generating eddy currents in the heating target, the oscillated output is directly consumed as self-heating due to Joule heating on the workpiece. This allows for rapid temperature rise at a pace that is difficult to achieve with indirect heating through heat conduction from a heat source like flames. The time required to reach the target temperature is determined by the balance of the material and size of the target, the target temperature, the heating range, and the output of the induction heating power supply used.

To assist in your consideration for implementation, we offer free heating tests for the first time. You can send only the workpiece, and tests can also be conducted with your presence. After receiving information about the material and dimensions of the workpiece you wish to heat, as well as the target temperature and time, we will select the appropriate testing machine (output and frequency range) and test coil suitable for the heating conditions. *Depending on the shape of the workpiece and heating conditions, simple output calculations and simulations may also be possible.
