The furnace dimensions are 3.5m wide, 3.5m high, and 7.0m deep. It is capable of heat treatment for large workpieces!
We would like to introduce a case where a control system was implemented, allowing the measurement temperature throughout the furnace to remain within ±15°C. A request was made for the installation of a large heat treatment furnace at a newly expanded factory. However, due to its size, there was a high possibility that the temperature distribution would not fall within the tolerance range when the set temperature was reached, presenting a significant challenge in achieving uniform heating. Therefore, after introducing the furnace we manufactured in 2021, we implemented an impulse burn system that allows for individual setting of the HIGH-LOW times for each burner during the temperature distribution measurement in 2025. This has enabled us not only to achieve the set temperature of 625±15°C but also to maintain it below 625±10°C, receiving high praise from the installation site. We can also accommodate even higher temperatures. Features of the impulse burn system: By installing multiple high-speed burners and adjusting the output time of the burners at 100% output, we can stir the interior of the furnace and achieve uniformity in the ambient temperature.
