By utilizing data and the latest digital technologies, we can create new businesses, achieve operational reforms, or from a more localized viewpoint, we can dramatically improve accuracy and efficiency in tasks traditionally performed by humans, such as "demand forecasting," "production planning," and "product inspection," by using AI. However, a common example of failure when suddenly applying AI to current challenges is the phenomenon known as "PoC death." This refers to projects where a Proof of Concept (PoC) was conducted, but the results did not meet expectations, leading to the project's demise.
