(Calculated from the time of Sony Human Capital) 【Job Description】 You will be responsible as a management game (MG) training instructor. You will conduct training sessions lasting 1 to 3 days for participants (12 to 36 people) at client locations across the country. 【Desired Candidate Profile】 - Experience participating in management games (MG) - Committed to personal growth and engaged in mutual improvement - Someone who resonates with our training style of "if it's not fun, it's not training" - Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel) are essential. - Open to feedback and able to utilize it for personal growth 【Preferred Qualifications】 - Possession of specialized knowledge in accounting and finance (experience in financial institutions is welcome) - Experience in human resources, talent development, or management - Certified professionals such as CPAs, small business consultants, or labor and social security attorneys with consulting experience *No prior experience as an instructor or trainer is required. Many individuals take their first step into the field of talent development from being MG training instructors.
