A case study on improving information sharing and communication using sales daily reports!
We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the business application creation tool "@pocket" at Hoshou Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The company had challenges in wanting to make sales report information easier to find and to provide feedback to the sales team. By centrally managing customer information with this tool, the fragmentation of customer data has been resolved, as it is now organized and recorded for each customer on the same database, eliminating the risk of information being buried. [Case Overview] ■Challenges - To make sales reports currently done in Excel more user-friendly - To establish a system where supervisors can provide advice to their subordinates regarding sales reports ■Effects - Not only improved communication between supervisors and subordinates but also enhanced communication through information sharing and advice among sales staff *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
