We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the electronic contract service "WAN-Sign" at Circulation Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the pro-sharing business. The company was creating business outsourcing contracts and non-disclosure agreements using an SFA tool, and after stamping, they were mailing the paper contracts to their corporate and individual clients, with the original paper documents being stored in-house. However, they were running out of space for this purpose. To automate the entire process from contract signing to delivery as much as possible, they began considering the introduction of an electronic contract service that allows for API integration. After implementation, they achieved API integration and built an automation system to reduce work hours.
