Automating deburring and surface finishing. Maintaining consistent work quality and achieving labor savings!
BRICS provides support for the introduction of automatic polishing robots to reduce the burden of skilled labor and stabilize quality in the polishing process. The units, which combine dedicated hands and grinding wheel control, are optimized for each product and can accommodate a variety of small quantities. There are cases where manual variability has been eliminated, and after implementation, the workforce has been reduced from two operators to one supervisor. The system is built with an in-house integrated approach that includes safety fences, operation UI, and maintenance design. Company information
BRICS Corporation is a company that aims to "completely solve factory challenges with technology" and provides total support closely tied to manufacturing sites. Our biggest feature is our ability to handle everything in-house, from machining, robot systems, control, installation work, to human resource development. We not only accommodate a variety of materials such as iron, aluminum, and stainless steel, but we also have a track record of high-precision processing from parts to large structures. We provide one-stop support from design assistance, material procurement, to surface treatment. In the engineering field, we support the introduction of industrial robots (design, manufacturing, installation, teaching), as well as electrical, piping, weight, and foundation work. We also take on layout changes within factories and the updating of aging equipment as a single package. We can also assist in areas such as control panel design and manufacturing, as well as training for robot operators and teaching. We propose a system that enables "continuous achievement" rather than just ending with equipment installation. By balancing "high precision × short delivery times" and "integrated support × flexibility," we have gained the trust of many manufacturers both inside and outside Shizuoka Prefecture. Even if your challenges are vague, please consult with us first. We will flexibly propose solutions tailored to your company's issues, from the conceptual stage to utilizing subsidies.
