This process improves surface roughness and strength, resulting in a mirror-like finish. The combination of "cutting + vanishing processing" can achieve a surface roughness of approximately 1S to 3S. Additionally, it can process not only flat surfaces but also curved surfaces, leading to significant cost reductions compared to polishing and buffing.
