Key technology for reliability! Responding to high stress conditions.
The "TSB-22/52" is a liquid thermal shock device that applies severe thermal shock by alternately immersing samples in two liquid tanks at high and low temperatures, confirming their ability to withstand rapid temperature changes. By exposing the samples to liquids that have already reached the test temperature, it can provide rapid temperature changes compared to gas thermal shock tests, allowing for quick evaluations. Additionally, it complies with the MIL-STD-883L standard. An air cylinder system is used to minimize vibrations to the samples during the transfer between the high-temperature and low-temperature tanks. 【Features】 ■ Reduced testing time ■ Test area transfer time within 10 seconds ■ LED lights with excellent visibility and energy efficiency ■ Compliance with international standards *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
