CK001 can achieve complete separation even at a concentration of 0.1%, with excellent purification effects! It can fundamentally solve the problems of water-wash painting booths with just one solution.
"CK001" is a sludge treatment agent that exhibits high coagulation power with a small amount of addition due to its high concentration of coagulating components. Its high coagulation ability also allows for the suppression of unpleasant odors from the tank as a secondary effect. After coagulating the sludge, it can be easily recovered by floating it. It can be used regardless of the type of solvent paint (non-aqueous paint), including acrylic, urethane, epoxy, and melamine. High coagulation and floating properties can also be achieved with paints containing heavy pigments like titanium dioxide and powder coatings. 【Features】 ■ High coagulation power even in small amounts ■ Easy recovery of sludge ■ Usable regardless of the type of solvent paint ■ No unpleasant odors, excellent deodorizing effect ■ Foam generation can also be suppressed ■ Improved rust resistance *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
