Collaborative robots designed for light industry.
The Dobot Nova2s has been newly introduced as a more compact and high-precision collaborative robot. With a short arm design that reduces reach by 20%, it can accommodate narrow production lines. Its high rigidity design achieves a repeatability of 0.05mm and an absolute accuracy of 0.3mm, enabling stable operation even in tight spaces. Additionally, it features a highly expandable end effector interface that supports electric grippers and force sensors.

Applications/Examples of results
The DOBOT CRAF series is a force-controlled collaborative robot equipped with a high-precision 6-axis force sensor, making it particularly suitable for tasks that require delicate force adjustments. Precision assembly tasks: It allows for interactions with medical-level fine force adjustments, making it suitable for tasks that require high precision and delicacy, such as inserting and assembling parts. Polishing and deburring: By sensing force in real-time and applying uniform pressure according to surface shape changes, it contributes to improving the quality of tasks such as polishing and deburring. Product inspection and quality control: In contact-based inspections, it achieves high-precision inspections by touching the object with a consistent force, contributing to the stabilization of quality.
